Beef Ribs – Korean Style


This is a new dish for us. Barbeque beef ribs are a great dish that’s simple to make. We’re used to the large beef ribs but we saw this new thin sliced variety in the market and thought they would be just as good but quicker to prepare. We used a simple rub combination of chili powder, kosher salt, garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Just sprinkle on the slices and let stand on the beef about 15-20 minutes. We prepared a kettle grill for indirect heat placing the coals on either side of the grill. We then placed the slices in the middle of the grill, replaced the lid and let them cook about 45 minutes.
