Grand Champs! (George is the guy in dark shades)

My friend and neighbor, George Hensler and his team (Who Are Those Guys?) recently took the Grand Championship at the Keystone BBQ Classic in Harrisburg, PA. George is a hell of a cook and he goes to the extra mile to perfect his recipes. His team won a 2nd in ribs and pork, a 3rd in brisket, and a 5th in chicken. An outstanding all around achievement.

If you are a KCBS member and the name sounds familiar you have seen it before. George is a columnist in monthly “Bull Sheet” KCBS newspaper. George is also coming out with his own bbq cookbook soon. As soon as it is published I will post where you can get a copy.
