We smoked a plateful of short ribs last February on a rare warm day. They were put in the smoker for about an hour with a few chunks of hickory. They were quite smoky when we took them out (maybe a little too smoky). We put these short ribs in the freezer to save for a later day.
Well we took those bad boys out to use in a “one dish” meal that turned out soooo good! We adapted the recipe from a short rib dish we saw on the Food Network. It was a good dish for a cold winter day because it had lots of vegetables along with the smoky barbeque short ribs. Check out the recipe for Barbeque Short Ribs and take a look at the pics below.
