Hi, TC here. I just wanted to let you know about two barbecue blogs that I recently discovered through the Barbecue Brethren forum. Both have been around for a while and probably pretty familiar to many.

Well, the great thing about the Internet is that it’s so big that you will never get to visit everything that is in your area of interest. I didn’t know about them so they are pretty fresh to me.

Both are very accomplished barbecue cooks and it shows on their blogs. Lots of very good cooking tips for barbecue and cooking in general. Big Mista is a caterer and a regular on the forum. I enjoy his blog about barbecue in California.

The other is Thirdeye. His blog/website has  many of his recipes which are quite good. I highly recommend checking out both. If you would like to visit their blogs just look at my blog roll on the right and click the link to visit their sites.
